Tilda Cotton
June 29, 1919 — November 4, 2015
Tilda June Cotton, age 96 passed away Nov. 4, 2015 at Stafford County Hospital. She was born on June 29, 1919 at Cleo Springs, OK, the daughter of Chauncy E. and Olive Ann (Coates) Hager. A life-long resident of St. John, she was a homemaker and farmer. She was a 1937 graduate of St. John High School. On Nov. 19, 1940 she married Harry Cotton, Jr. at St. John, he preceded her in death on Aug. 16, 2014. Survivors include her daughter, Olive L. Bartlett (Vernon), St. John, KS; two grandchildren, Lory Scott (Jeff), Stafford, KS, Vicky Mansel (Jon), St. John, KS; three great grandchildren, Michelle Mansel, Gina Mansel and Cheyenne Holmes (Adam).
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015 at Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John, with Carl Feril presiding. Visitation will be on Friday from 1-7P.M., with family present from 5-7 P.M., at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Stafford County Hospital in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O.
