Sierra Sue Postier, age 83, passed away on Aug. 11, 2026 at Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, KS. She was born on June 15, 1943 at Long Beach, Ca. She was the daughter of John T. and Margaret J. (Stafford) Kachelman. Sierra worked for Dillon’s grocery store in St. John and Pratt for 32 years. She is survived by a son, Shawn Postier (Mikie) Derby, KS; two daughters, Dana Hase (Ken), Nickerson, KS, Robin Waddle, Cunningham, KS; 5 grandchildren, Brandon, Christine, Dedra, Ally, Macy; 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Sandra Clark, Robin Scott, Helen Milburn and Alice Fox; a son-in-law Jeff Waddle and a grandmother Minnie Whisler.
