Patricia Hicks

Patricia Ann (Freeman) Hicks, age 73, passed away Sept. 23, 2018 at Leisure Homestead, St. John.  She was born on Jan. 27, 1945 at Tulsa, OK, the daughter of Joseph and Mildred (Branham) Freeman.  Patricia was a bookkeeper for L. J. & J. Automotive in St. John.  She was a Fort Hays State University graduate and life-long resident of St. John.  She married James Patrick Hicks on Sept. 6, 1968, he preceded her in death.  Survivors include a son, Jared Patrick Hicks; two grandchildren, Jaxsin Patrick Hicks and Emmett James Hicks all of St. John; a sister, Karen Farmer (Richard), Galva, KS.  She was a member of the Rebekah’s Lodge, St. John.  Inurnment graveside service will be 10:30 AM, on Monday, Oct. 1, 2018 at the Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John with Pastor Wade Russell presiding.  Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS  67576.
