Mary Green

Mary Elaine (Allison) Green, age 76, passed away on May 2, 2021 at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, KS. She was born on October 17, 1944 in Larned, KS., the daughter of Roy and Katherine (Sparling) Allison. Mary was a 1962 graduate of St. John High School and a life-long resident of St. John. On August 17, 1963 she married Jim Green in St. John, KS. Mary was a retired Trial Court Clerk and former Licensed Abstractor for Stafford County Abstract. She was a member of the Kansas Land and Title Association.  Mary is survived by her husband Jim Green, St. John, KS; son, Mark (Chrissy) Green, St. John, KS; daughter, Lu Ann (Jody) Brister, Stafford, KS; sister Bonnie Bishop, Hesston, KS; 5 grandchildren, Darah Bolt, Devan Cooper, Austin (Brooke) White, Troy Devine, Makayla Devine; 3 great grandchildren, Bryce Bolt, Ragan Bolt, Lily Luckinbill.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and Carl Keith Allison and a sister, Frances Miller. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2021 at Minnis Chapel, St. John, KS, with Pastor Wade Russell presiding.  Memorials may be given to the Cancer Center of Kansas in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O.
