Karen Daily

Karen S. (Kirkham) Daily, age 61, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS. She was born on April 4, 1960 in Oak Harbor, WA., the daughter of Jim and Jeanette (Bassett) Kirkham. Karen married Ray (Pete) Daily on Sept. 4, 1983 in St. John, KS. She had a love for Disney and lived for her grandkids. Karen was the best wife, mother, and grandmother anyone could ask for. She is survived by her husband Pete; son, Gage Daily, Elkhart, IN; daughters, Shelby (Jason) Schaffer, Yukon, OK, Morgan Daily, Macksville, KS; brother, Charlie (Sandy) Kirkham, Cameron, MO; sister Kathy (John) Newsom, Wichita, KS; grandkids Cheyenne, Hope, Keara, Katelyn and Grayson. Karen was preceded in death by both of her parents, her daughter, Nikki Kewish, her husband David survives; and her sister, Pam Almond. Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 at Minnis Chapel, St. John, KS with Pastor Wade Russell presiding. Memorials may be made out to American Diabetes Foundation in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS.
