John Emery Bryant

John Emery Bryant, age 81 passed away at his home in St. John, on Apr. 13, 2024.  He was born on Dec. 26, 1942 in Gulfport, MS, the son of Henry H. and Thelma Alice (Seal) Bryant.  John was a US Navy veteran and had been employed as a security officer for the marine shipping industry.  He was married to Brenda Louann (Hodge) who preceded him in death. Survivors include two sons, John Earl Bryant of Mississippi, Charles Adam (Peggy) Bryant, St. John, KS; a daughter, Janet (Carl) Walmsley, Cullman, AL; and six grandchildren. There will be no local service, cremation has taken place. Minnis Chapel in charge of arrangements.
