Hazel Jordan

Hazel Jordan, age 95, passed peacefully in her sleep on September 22, 2015 in Willcox, Arizona. Hazel was born February 15, 1920 to George Rowe Clemes and Mary Hazel Radke Clemes. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters,1brother, husband Ralph, daughter, Kathryn, son Bradley. She is survived by daughters Cheryl Boutin, (John) Willcox, Arizona, Jane Dale, (Tom) New Braunfels, Texas. 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held October 10, at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist church Fellowship Hall, St. John, Kansas. Private internment following the gathering. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist church, St. John.
