Elizabeth Ann Homer-Siemers , age 88, passed away Jan. 4, 2015 at Cherry Village Care Home, Great Bend.  She was born Oct. 22, 1926 at St. John, the daughter of John B. and Erma H. (Headding) Kendall.  She was a retired grocery clerk and resident of Great Bend since 1983, coming from San Jose, CA. On June 1, 1945 she married Glenden Earl Homer in San Francisco, CA, he preceded her in death.  Survivors include a daughter , Glenda Ann Brack (Keith), Albert, KS; a sister , Kitty Lou Brack (Wendell), Liberal, KS; Grandchildren , Pamela Harper (Ernie), Farmington, NM, David R. Brack, Otis, KS, Jeffrey Brack (Ashley), Otis, KS; a great granddaughter , Aydan Harper, Farmington, NM; three nephews and two nieces . She was preceded in death by a brother William Buckner Kendall, II. Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, Jan. 9, 2015 at Minnis Chapel, St. John, with Rev. Garry Dassow presiding, burial will follow in the Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1-7pm with family present from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
