Betty Jean (Martin) Felin, age 90, passed away on Oct. 25, 2021 at her home in St. John, KS. She was born on Feb. 24, 1931 at Eagle City, OK., the daughter of Charles A. and Jessie M. (Stott) Martin. She worked 17 years as a cook for St. John District Hospital and previously ran the Delp’s Café and worked as a clerk at Rexall Drug store, all of St. John. On Feb. 9, 1951 she married Robert E. Felin at Marshfield, MO., he passed away in 2000. She loved spending time with her family and hosting meals which she prepared from scratch. She loved the Atlanta Braves Baseball team, watching NASCAR, drinking Dr. Pepper in her Mark Martin mug and listening to Johnny Rodriguez sing. She is survived by her three daughters, Deborah (Joe) Hearn, St. John, KS., Cathey (Gary) Johnson, Larned, KS., Sandra Spencer, Hutchinson, KS; a brother, Eldon (Joyce) Martin, Mannford, OK; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Bobby Felin, daughter-in-law Cindy Marie, an infant daughter, brothers, Rex and Joe, sisters, Bonnie and Barbara. There will be a private family inurnment service at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Stafford County Hospital Physical Therapy Department in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O.
